How Can I Collect Damages from a Distracted Driver who Injured Me in South Florida?

April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month. Distracted driving is a major threat to all of us on the South Florida roads. After you leave the scene of the accident, go straight to an urgent care facility or hospital to document any injuries and start treatment right away so that you can begin your healing process.
